unknown cover from the 70's

This "jazz rock/fusion" track I recorded from the radio with the reel-to-reel recorder in 1975. It is a cover of any American song in Lithuanian language.
try identify it for more than 30 years. Unfortunately, I failed to do this.



Can someone help me to know the ORIGINAL ENGLISH TITLE OF THE SONG?
I think this song could be from the repertoire of such groups, as Chicago, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Chase, John McLaughlin, Rare Earth, etc…...

The parts of that melody where the man is singing matches some of the melody of "How Do You Do" by Mouth & MacNeal. It's just the repeat/chorus parts that don't match.
