U2 fan here from the southern hemisphere

Hi there! I found your forum thru' Google and was lurking on it all day yesterday. So far, this seems like the perfect kind of forum that I would enjoy posting in. My tastes are definitely more classic rock than contemporary. Fav bands/artists are U2, R.E.M., The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, Led Zeppelin, Tori Amos, Oasis, Depeche Mode among several others.

I initially found it a bit weird to see 2 different forums (albeit with similar interface) getting returned in the search results. But after browsing both, I decided that I prefer the activity and overall look and feel of this one to the other. Plus, the other one wouldn't let me browse any thread without registering.

Anyway, I hope to contribute to this forum as and when I can.

Hehe thanks. Yea I would say that I'm a pretty major Tori fan. I have all the albums except Abnormally Attracted To Sin, Strange Little Girls and the recent one called Gold Dust or whatever.

I don't know anything about the other forum, but this place is a definitely a good place to be. Welcome!
