I never realised she lived in Cornwall!!
I like her stuff she sounds like Kate Bush these days, Cornflake Girl was, a great single... I miss these female singers like
Lisa Loeb, Suzanne Vega and the like..

Also surprised to find that she lives in Cornwall. I always thought that she lived in the USA
Can't agree with you on the Kate Bush similarity, even when she sings Kate Bush she doesn't sound like her. Completely different styles imo. Love them both, but have to be in a mood for each.
Overall I much prefer the discography of Tori with only a few songs that miss the mark, whereas Kate hasn't had a memorable album in years. Last really great album of hers was "Hounds of Love" in 1985.
Also a fan of Suzanne Vega who also has quite a consistent discography. Saw her live a few years ago and she gave a good show.
I need to look into Lisa Loeb as I've never even heard of her. Other great female singers are singers like Heather Nova, Fiona Apple, Bjork, and more recently Florence and the Machine and Lana del Ray.
