Re: Threshold

Karl Groom (Threshold) is an amazing producer also, he does the production for DragonForce and Pendragon and a whole heap of other bands, a guy with very good ears!

Here's a clip from the soon to be released Pendragon album

Re: Threshold

Nice to see some other people who are familiar with this band :)

The only album I've heard so far is Hypothetical, I particularly like this song...

Re: Threshold

I love this band also! I think Critical Mass or Dead Reckoning is my favorite spin from these guys.

Threshold To Release New Album "For The Journey"

Threshold Announces Album Title - in Metal News ( Metal Underground.com )

Threshold will release a new album at the end of September via Nuclear Blast, and today the band announces the successor to 2012 output "March Of Progress" will be called "For The Journey."

The album is currently being produced at Thin Ice Studios in England by band members Karl Groom (guitars) and Richard West (keyboards).

Commented Richard West: "Our recording sessions have been wonderful, we’ve really enjoyed making this record. All the basic parts are recorded so now it's just a case of finishing our solos, compiling the vocals and adding more production moments. I think we've made a very solid record, we're really looking forward to putting it out there!"

The band will take a short break from the studio in April to perform shows in Germany and Holland before commencing the final mixing at Thin Ice Studios in May.
