I voted equally.

I have more respect for The Who, and I also think they are better musicians than Kiss.

But Kiss' run of their first 5 or 6 albums in 4 years I probably like more than any 4 year period done by The Who. I suppose the best 4 year period by The Who is '69-'73, which now that I think of it was pretty darn awesome.

The Who is the more "classic" band but KISS is just big, crazy fun. Hard to pick from both.
