Ever since recieving negativity over Radiohead from Sal it has been a hobby of mine to try and convert him into a fan. Now I had many fruitless attempts until one day a breakthrough, he loved all the songs that Radiohead fans didn't. Well actually that's not true, but Radiohead have had some songs (partiularaly at the start of their career) that didn't exactly fit with the "Radiohead style" Now please bare with me on this cause i reckon you may be surprised if you give some of this stuff a listen.
These few were from before they were even called Radiohead, during their school days they were "On Friday" and actually this is pretty damn impressive for a school aged band.
If you guys have any respect for my posting please just give the first few a listen, I honestly think you may be surprised
(A Radiohead song called "the happy song" doesn't that just ****w ith your head)
These next couple of songs are from the early albums and EP's
(there's also a fast version of this song, I'm not sure which I like better)
(check out the hair)
(feels like they've got John Butler playing guitar on this one)
There's also some later stuff that may appeal to some that probably isn't as well known
(almost prog (god forbid))
