Curious as to what lp and song are your personal favorites by The Stones......
for me Let It Bleed and 'Gimme Shelter' ....though I really like many of their early songs in the late 60s and early 70's....like 'Jumpin Jack Flash' ...and 'Memo From Turner' in the film Performance .

Some Girls, Let It Bleed, and Beggars Banquet, are the only studio albums that I listen to in their entirety.
Aside from those albums, I’m satisfied with track skipping through 40 Licks or a playlist I created on Spotify.
“Gimme Shelter” is an altogether great song. Fantastic emotions and music. “Street Fighting Man” is another favorite of mine.

this popped up on my feed(after the poll on the Zep/Stones)
Charlie really was a catalyst-you can see here when the 'groove drops in right'...Watts smirks. It's quite a technical song to play live with album representation, but for 2003..it's not far off the mark.. (even though Sir Mick changes the groupies age to 16 from it's original 15.)
Charlie is awesome here and it reflects on Wood and Richards...who...just occasionally makes that Tele Micawber hum.
