Really? I've liked pretty much everything they've done except for maybe a few songs. Although, I do agree that Machine Gun Etiquette and Damned, Damned, Damned, were their best work.

To each their own, I guess. :D

I'd break it down as follows: The Black Album and Phantasmagoria are pretty good, albeit a little heavy on the Bela Lugosi goth rock theatrics. Strawberries, Anything, and Grave Disorder are alright. And Music for Pleasure and Not of this Earth are disasters. I haven't heard the new album.

All that is just my opinion, though.

The Damned were actually my favorite band for a little while in high school. :grinthumb

My Fav band from that time, they had a really great sound and were very underrated as musicians, check out the Black album pure class !!!

They are playing Chesterfield soon, have seen them a few times so not sure if I will catch them again, one of my faves is....

I agree they have made some classic albums, I have a best of double CD set which does me for now, if I see them cheap I will probably buy them.
