The Cars debut easily, one of the best albums from the 80's period.

Cheap Trick could have won this for me with a different album but in this particular match up I'm going to have to go with The Cars.

IN COLOR... this is a great album by CHEAP TRICK. Now this band has always been about great music filled with great music and melodies, and this album doesn't disappoint. This is another great album from this band that for some reason hasn't really been given their due. We have the studio version of I WANT YOU TO WANT ME, but we also get the great songs DOWNED, BIG EYES, SOUTHERN GIRLS, OH CAROLINE, YOU'RE ALL TALK, CHEAP TRICK is one of the greatest American rock 'n' roll bands ever!
