Well, yeah, in 365 days it'll be 11 yrs.

If we're being pedantic, it's in 366 days... leap year in 2012.

George had so many things going... his ukelele and the George Formby fans.... The Hare Krishna guys.... his sponsership of movies for eg Life of Brian.... His keen interest in gardening.... his recording studio at Friar Park.... the Travelling Wilburies....
he had so many irons in the fire and of course , anyone he contacted was thrilled to get involved with George and his projects.

Maybe the 70s was his greatest time... recording his own albums...
I think he moved into Friar Park around 1970 too .

Not that I NEED to explain myself..because I was talking in relative terms not exacts ..

But I WAS meaning that with ONE month to go it's almost 2012..

but I wasn't really doing the math

He's gone was my point...

clearly the world still needs his gentle non judgemental insights
he was able to forgive and move on with his life past The Beatles

he found happiness in his music..his family and his friends gardening..spiritual enlightenment...

I'm sure he was successful in finding a higher love than Beatlemania..

which is the beauty of his life
