Yes much better Rattlehead, and I love Mastodon's cover art, even though it's not for the faint of heart.

Agreed, they definitely made interesting album covers. I like all the designs.
On a musical front I was glad they took that experiment of adding progressive to their musical structure. That to me is experimenting done very tastefully. Not really a huge risk but certainly does test what the fans can handle a bit.

^^I have all of their records, Mud was the one who told me about them over 3 years ago. One of the best new American metal bands out there.
