As a full song, Don't Let it End would probably be my favorite on the list, however I have a couple of memories connected with Mr Roboto that will give it my vote.

1 memory in particular would be when my son was young, maybe 5 or 6 yrs old, in the car with me singing the song with me. Our favorite part would be the "bridge" I guess it might be called (say starting at about the 3:09 point in MP's video).

And we'd be driving in the car and doing the head-juke, cranking it up at that point every time. That was before I ever even saw this commercial:

First Time & Don't Let it End never did much for me & I always hated Babe (probably my most hated song of all-time by a rock band!! Yes, this is me...the guy who could withstand most any musical torture but throw "Babe" on right now & I'd hurl up my Cap'n Crunch all over my monitor & keyboard!!!)
Mr. Roboto gets my vote! I actually like the song & I really love the Caught in the Act DVD which is the full concert from that tour which even though it was kind of a corny story it explained a lot including Mr. Roboto

^^^^Yeah...it's funny because I really like Styx but that song just hits me like that. I was a late bloomer with girls so it wasn't for sentimental reasons. It probably was because I was 16 or 17 at the time & my rep was being a team leader in penalties in hockey, I loved the blood & guts of Pro Wrestling, & I was heavy into hard rock/metal. "Babe just didn't fit that bill (Wow! I could just see a music video of "Babe" featuring all of my hockey fights!!!LOL) I seen Styx on the Cornerstone tour & made sure I left my seat while they played that song. I even think I'd take "Careless Whisper" by Wham over "Babe"...er...that would be pretty close.

All kidding aside I did & still do like many ballads (just that one song that bugs me). I
