Steven Tyler to release a solo album

No I've never heard of them, but I'll check them out now that you've recommended them.

I know I'm committing the cardinal sin of moving off thread but,yep, if you want the perfect mix between classic Skynyrd and radio country this is your band. ^^I'll definitely keep them in mind, and who knows maybe Tyler will do a collaboration with Blackberry Smoke...anything's possible these days.

Doesn't interest me beyond perhaps a quick listen. And I think coltrane2 has absolutely nailed in with regards to what Tyler's saying he'll do and what he will actually release.

Perry's last 2 solo albums Joe Perry and Have Guitar Will Travel were great. Be nice to see him hook up with Hagen again and hit the road. The Joe Perry Project shows I saw in London in April 2010 were absolutely mental.
