This one's been done on other forums. Just thought I'd start one here for those of us who are bored and would like something to think about other than work or homework or whatever we're SUPPOSED to be doing. :D

So, if you had to put together a soundtrack for your life, what would it be?

Here's mine for starters...

Opening Credits: Last Emperor theme (Soundtrack by David Byrne & Ryuichi Sakamoto)

Waking Up scene: Morning Has Broken - Cat Stevens

Best Friend scene: Friends - Cecelio & Kapono (Hawaiian Artists)

Falling In Love scene: Grow Old Along With Me - Mary Chapin Carpenter

Break Up scene: Love Stinks - J. Geils Band

Lonely scene: After The Gold Rush - Neil Young

Regret scene: Walk Across The Sea - Brothers Cazimero (Another Hawaiian artist)

Fight scene: I Shoot Back - Ted Nugent

Wandering Around Randomly scene: Find The River - R.E.M.

Driving scene: Radar Love - Golden Earring

Lesson Learning scene: Things The Grandchildren Should Know - Eels

Deep Thought scene: Echoes - Pink Floyd

Flashback scene: Next Year - Foo Fighters

Party scene: Girls Just Wanna Have Fun - Cyndi Lauper

Closing Credits: Bright Side of Life - Monty Python's Meaning of Life (Hey, at the end of the day, you gotta laugh, right?)

If you have any other scene's or music that fits, add to the catagories. And of course feel free to elaborate. I'll elaborate later. I may be bored but I'm still lazy. ;)

Nice to see this thread active again. I'm also putting in an alternate closing credits song. Misty Mountain Hop. Saw it on Buff and About A Girl's lists and it reminded me that it was my theme song for one of my college radio shows. LOL Guess it could also qualify as a flashback...
