Rolling Stones - Miss You, like both of these songs but it's so rare for Kansas to make it this far they deserve a win even if Dust in the Wind isn't their best song.

Dust in the Wind wasn't Kansas' best tune but then Miss You wasn't the Stones' best either. I'd say it's a good choice.
