Song Based Fiction

I was not entirely sure where to post such a thread, but I think this is the right place as it doesn't fit anywhere else. As a writer of short romantic fics, I have been browsing through my itunes library in search of a song that will suit the story I wish to write.

For those who know of the character Ardeth Bay (The Mummy), I'm looking for a classic rock song that dwells on forbidden love, or possibly something about an ancient warrior .. if such a song exists. At the moment I can't really give further details about my story as I've not yet started, but if I could have a song to work from, it would help a lot.

If anyone could list off some rock songs about the above, I would greatly appreciate it!

Forbidden love, that should be an easy one. Nothing comes to mind though other than Tempted By A Fruit of Another lol.

An ancient warrior.... sounds very sword & sorcery or even a little Lovecraftian. I'd bet my hat there are some good songs like that in the power and doom metal genres. Maybe even some black or death metal.

Loved the first two Mummy films, the 3rd one not so much, Rachel Weisz is essential to the series at least to me she is.

I liked Ardeth Bay(Oded Fehr) in the movies his character was really good.
