Some constructive criticism on my band...

Hello, my band The Sunset Clause recorded these two songs at Chem19 studios and we have now released them as our first single!

I'm just looking for some opinions i.e what you would have done differently or what you would of added to the tracks, and some constructive criticism because we hope to record, mix and master our next single ourselves.

Both of the songs are on Youtube and you can find them by searching "The Sunset Clause - Lover's Eyes" for the first track and "The Sunset Clause - These Nights" for the second.

Actually not bad at all, sounds a pretty well balanced recording and you guys can clearly play, I prefer Lover's Eyes to These Nights, certainly the more commercial track of the two, Lover's Eyes reminds me a bit of The Killers, then These Nights is like a sort of Iron Maiden thing, or in that style at least, you could use some harmony vocals to fill out the sound and make it a bit more vocally interesting. Good effort, and good luck.
