...and look at where I ended up.:)
Hello everyone.I'm very pleased to have found this forum.
My favourite musical decade has to be the Seventies,it was when I first started buying albums, and I've been collecting ever since.I switched to CD a few years back(space considerations)and have been replacing and updating the stuff I had on vinyl.
I also find,I have been buying albums by bands I never paid attention to in that era.Either I wasn't much interested at the time,or,I simply wasn't aware of them. So,in a sense,I'm discovering music from the seventies that is new to me.
Anyway you'll learn more about me as we go along,I hope.
I think I'm going to like it here.
Now,where the hell is that liquor store...

Welcome aboard Johnny. I relate to the "lost bands". There is a lot of music I "missed" in the 70's and early 80's. The bands flew under the radar for me, and many of the lost gems (Legs Diamond, Axe, Garfield, Moxy, et al.) have been better than some of the mainstream stuff I was fond of at the time.

Edit to add: The liquor store is two blocks up, on the right. It's kitty corner from the Walgreens.

Welcome fellow traveller. Also stuck in the 70's (knee deep in vinyl and CDs). You should love this forum:)
