Have it and Mellon ...got all 3...Dream, Gish and Mellon, used for 6 dollars total at a local
used book store. I just prefer Dream.

I like all three actually. I do like Gish and know its a fan favorite. It is a more rockin' effort but there is just something about Dream I really like.

I was lucky enough to see them do Siamese dream song by song when it cam out, was one of the best gigs, used to catch them when they first came out and it cost very little to get in.

I'd say anything up to and including "Adore" is essential even for more casual SP fans. The post "Adore" stuff is also good, but I wouldn't consider any of it essential, unless you're a collector.

I agree with that, I haven't picket up the latest album yet, not cheap enough and not essential imo. For me it is Gish, Siamese Dream, Mellon Collie and Pisces Iscariot, Adore is good but for me not essential. I think everyone has their favorites and would probably argue all night long but hey that's why we are all different.
