Search for lost 70's bands

Hey there, I found this site while trying to locate some info for some obscure 70's bands. Has anyone ever heard of the Le Blanc & Carr Band or the band 1984 who's lead singer was the girl from the LA Jets, They had a hit song where I grew up in Pa. called Machinegun.

Yeah, that was a duo comprising of Lenny Leblanc and Pete Carr. I like their one song Falling from the year 1978. There could be many bands that are now lost and new generation do not know anything about them.
