Rolling Stones auction in Stockport

Hi all

Just saw that Omega Auctions in Stockport are holding a Rolling Stones auction in a week

There seems to be some pretty cool stuff in there, they've got the original artwork for Beggars Banquet up for sale, Ronnie Wood's leather jacket, but also some slightly cheaper odds and ends and bric a brac

Might be of some interest to hard core fans, I'd be interested in the vinyl if it was in good shape.

I saw some Rolling Stones wine last week in our liquor store, and Grateful Dead red wine too, but I passed on both. Wine is not a novelty to me, it's supposed to be consumed and I don't think they would measure up to my standards.(Only like 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.)

From the descriptions on the site the vinyl appears in good condition, although I'm not very good with vinyl - love the sound but have never owned a record player so couldn't tell you what to look out for if I tried!

...I am eagerly anticipating the new Bruce Dickinson/Iron Maiden beer "Trooper" - the local has promised me they're getting it in!

I'm not sure I'm interested in Maiden beer......but let me know if you do try it and what you think Cath.
