Rock and Metal magazine Aardschock top ten 2010

[electric funeral]

Aardschock is Holland most popular metal magazine. Each year they list the best releases of the year before according to their reviewers.

2010:

1 - Flotsam And Jetsam - The Cold
2 - Slash - Slash
3 - Star One - Victims of the Modern Age
4 - Anathema - We're here because we're Here
5 - Misery Index - Heirs to Thievery
6 - Watain - Lawless Darkness
7 - Exodus - Exibit B: The Human Condition
8 - Tryptykon - Epanistera Daimones
9 - Enslaved - Axioma Ethica Odini
10 - Alter Bridge - AB III

What do you think of the list?

These are the only ones I have heard and they are all good albums. Two made my list but I really have to question a list that considers Alter Bridge a metal band.

It's a rock and metal magazine.

It's a rock and metal magazine.

Yeah, but it's supposed to be a Metal list or at least that was the impression given by the thread title.

Yeah, it gave that impression. The title should have been Rock and Metal magazine Aardschock.......

It's a decent list considering that most of the bigger magazine's list would probably have less actual metal bands on their "metal" list. I can live with it.

Thanks Soot.

DKW: give Flotsam and Jetsam a listen, they will surprise you.

I have Star One, and am a huge fan of anything Arjen Lucassen releases...I know a couple of the other bands but don't have any of their albums except Alter Bridge's III.
