When I did my album collection I just uploaded them from my PC Zuma.

Worked for me but my albums are not on the main page yet but I am sure they will be sooner or later

Where does everyone get the album cover images?
Are they from other sites like Amazon or wikipedia? (wiki usually has some good band photos)

Amazon is good for "hotlinking" images they tend to keep them for a long time.

Most of the time I Google the band/album/image and pick one of those. If I am hosting it myself I use this site for almost all my album images.
