Quiet songs?. This is a whole 'quiet album' worth of songs when they shouldn't have all been.

Thin Lizzy- Nightlife from 1974. Brian Roberson the then new Thin Lizzy guitarist claimed that he kept turning UP the volume during the mixing stage but the producer Ron Nevison kept turning the volume DOWN with the result that for a 'heavy rock album' it's not only as quiet as hell but has a 'muddy sound' and sounds god awful!!.
