Psychedelic Furs / Jesus and Mary Chain / Frankie Rose at the Beacon Theatre on Friday, 10/4/24.
I have been trying to see Psycho Furs for the last couple of years but they always seem to cancel months ahead. Friday I finally saw them and it was well worth the wait. In full 80's glory they sounded amazing. Jesus and Mary Chain played a spellbinding full set with dramatic lighting and performance. The opener of the night Frankie Rose set the tone, watching their silhouettes in front of a screen playing images in black and white, it was the perfect art-rock vibe for the night. Loved every minute of the concert.
