I think there's the sound of a motorbike revving at the start - I even searched for songs with that sound at the beginning and didn't get anywhere. Good luck with finding out what it is anyway!

No, no... No motorbike at the start!!! It is just sound of tape recorder... The song was ripped from old magnetic tape...

It could also just have been something that some 'no name' local band recorded at some point. There's tons of that sort of stuff out there and unless you know exactly what to look for on google/yahoo, you'll be pretty dang lucky to find any real info.
