I saw them twice in '69 and '70.They were incredible. Some of those vids of Peter playing a Strat are cool. He was always a Les Paul man in the early days. A couple of things,the tribute album Blues for Greeny by Gary Moore(who is an absolutely mind numbing string bender in his own right) plays Peters Les Paul guitar on the album is worth picking up.And Peter Greens first solo venture The End of the Game is very interesting,lots of jamming,I love it.Cheers FTM

That must have been amazing FTM, just to see the Mac at their fighting best great stuff. I have the Gary Moore "Blues For Greeny" CD and it's sock on, also I have these ...

I went along with Tray and Sweaty to see my nephews band last night. He was playing at a local pub but his partner in crime was away in France so he scrambled a makeshift band together to do the gig. They played plenty of Jazz tunes but kept throwing the odd Peter Green number in. Here's a couple they covered.





Great to see Peter's music being kept alive. :cheers2
