Original lead vocalist Dave Bickler rejoins Survivor

Dave Bickler has rejoined Survivor and they have now have both lead vocalists -Bickler and Jimi Jamison. Four of the original Survivor members are now back,however Survivor founder Jim Peterik is not one of them.
