Oh Canada!...Rush v Nickelback

Just knew the very mention of Nickelback would bring out the haters I'm not a fan of theirs but it makes me smile how people get on their high horse about them.

That’s why I did this Rush v Nickelback thing- somebody even thought that I was trolling or joking when I first posted it, but a bit of controversy is always good – and it worked.... all the Nickelback haters are predictably going out of their minds with outrage, while the 6 guys who voted for Nickelback are probably being viewed as a bunch of horse’s asses for even daring to go up against Rush, with some people acting like they went round to his house and killed Geddy Lee’s dog or something.

What is so funny about the controversy..or should I say irony.........Nickelback will be remembered in history because of all the controversy.

Well, to a lot if us they sound like something trying to be heavy but failing miserably at it. That is more annoying than not trying at all.

But I'm glad you like something that is popular today. I really envy that.
