This a rarity indeed. A heavy Prog band hailing from of all places, Mexico. Decisively satanic in nature they have one self titled album that they released in 1971 ..
I know how much Joe loves it when I post all kinds of dark music all over the broad
so here this one is for you Joe...........:heheh:

OK, I give up :lmao:

:oyea:This had me rolling on the floor this morning.

Lately I find myself in infernal regions in the abode of evil spirits.

Could this be the ninth level of hell:think:

Stonehouse(yet another Stone____) out of the UK, this band released thier one and only album, Stonehouse Creek from 1971. Fuzzy, heavy blues boogie. A couple of tracks are accompanied with a piano on the Lp that is rather refreshing.

Having morphed out of the band Taste of Blues these guys left behind one effort in 71' before breaking up and then reforming in 2007.
They are ( or were ) apparently some what well known in their homeland of Sweden having received a bit of radio attention due to their cover of Neil Young's Ohio which is not included on the re-issue CD that I own :( . Heavy psych/prog featuring fuzzed out bass, psychedelic guitar riffs, swirling hammond organ and a sprinkling of electric piano here and there. Interesting debut I really enjoy this stuff.

Great List LG !!! :grinthumb

A couple of corrections are in order however.

Can't Get Through is actually the album title : HAIRY CHAPTER is the band name.
The Power of the Picts is again the album title : WRITING ON THE WALL is in fact the band name.

Dark: Around the Edges are known as DARK.... Around the Edges is again the album title

THX again for the list. I was beginning to wonder what was in there myself lol
