There's a band from Norway called Airbag sound who I think are really spectacular. Their guitarist is heavilly influenced by David Gilmour and Pink Floyd. Airbag | Home of Norwegian Rock-group Airbag

In a shameless plug I'm also working on an album and have released an EP called Corners that's also heavilly inspired by Pink Floyd and bands and songwriters of the 60's and 70's.
