Hi yes, I thought "Getting Nowhere" could be the sort of thing which would quality for SBS Chill.

SBS Chill has a form to fill out:

though they need the Record Label details for Music Rights Holder, which I'm not sure about.

Though that's of course if you and/or your Son want to pursue, there maybe other tracks and SBS Chill are interested in anything Downtempo, Electronic, Ambient and Lo-fi.
