I've always been a fan of slide guitar (or bottleneck if you prefer, Duane actually used a pill bottle). Both guitarists were great at playing this style and I believe George used an open tuning while Duane used standard tuning.
In this poll I'm going with One Way Out because it's just about my favorite ABB track.
