Get well Lemmy! I just picked up the Head Cat (Lemmy, Slim Jim Phantom, & Danny B)CD the other day & I can't stop listening to it. It's really Kick Ass Rock & Roll old style. Hearing Lemmy belt out "Bad Boy" & "You Can't Do That" by the Beatles, Shaking All Over by Johnny Kidd & the Pirates, Something Else by Eddie Cochran, & Chuck Berry's Let it Rock is really entertaining. I also picked up the double live This World is Yours Part 2 CD. I've been on a real Lemmy Kick & then I hear the sad news

Three bands that give me an instant adrenaline hit, The Ramones, ACDC and Motorhead; a triple headslam of no nonsense rock 'n' roll. When Motorhead released "Bastards" in '93 they added another big gun to their arsenal, a real fine heavy kicker. It's got to be one of my favourites from them a 4 maybe even 5 star effort.

New album due soon, pre-ordered the Classic Rock edition with magazine and stuff so I have it early. Word from the band say that Lemmy is recovering and they will be back on the road later this year, think I may go and see them again, be like the millionth time I believe. Awesome can't wait...

Been to Motorhead concert last December. It was awesome, because the last time Motorhead was in Slovenia was back in 1989, before I was born. Naturally I got myself a ticket as soon it was announced. Only thing that dissapointed me that concert was short (hour and about 20 minutes). I heard that was because Lemmy was feeling sick and we were in luck because next concert in Germany had to be cancelled. Overall they did solid performance.

Concert setlist:
1. I Know How To Die
2. Damage Case
3. Stay Clean
4. Metropolis
5. Over the Top + guitar solo(w green-light guitar in darkness)
6. The Chase Is Better Than the Catch (w green-light guitar)
7. Rock It
8. You Better Run
9. The One To Sing the Blues + Mickey Dee drum solo (blew my mind:pullhair:)
10. Going to Brazil
11. Killed By Death
12. Ace of Spades
Encore:
13. Are You Ready
14. Overkill

Motorhead with Saxon at the Royal Concert Hall Nottingham later this year, lets hope Lemmy is back in business and up for it. I'll be making one and I dare say Sweat'll be along for the ride. Here's a belter to be going on with.
