Seems stoner rock to me.

Sounds like something Porcupine Tree may do, but I don't know the song at all. Would be interested to find out who did it as well

I"m sure it's not Porcupine Tree. I know them too well. The song is too heavy for them and the singer's voice is not Steven Wilson's.

As I 've already said, I think it's a band from the stoner rock scene.
