Looking for Beatle/McCartney Footage

Footage of Paul with his Dad at a party. Lots of old folks there...was a bar party in Liverpool. Showing Paul still cared about his home town and roots. The footage is in the 70's being Jim McCartney is still alive. I found a still picture of it on line...but what video is it from. I'm checking Wingspan but no luck so far
