looking for a special memorable album cover

hope i'm at the right place
hello all
i'm looking for a very specific album of a rock band i think it's from the 60 or 70
the album cover looks as follows:
it's a painting of a rope bridge with on the one side is colored in blue and darkness with cops and helicopters ,and on the other side there is sun blue sky and grass and all the band members dressed as hippies.
and the solo band member is cutting the rope bridge
please help me i've been looking for this album for 7 years
