Looking for a Particular Classic Rock Song

Hey there!

Recently (and fairly frequently) I've heard a classic rock song that I've really enjoyed listening to, but I haven't been able to catch the name of it...I'm not 100% sure about the artist either, though I think it may be Journey or a band similar to Journey. The distinct feature of the song that I'm looking for has a synthesizer riff that plays several times in the song. The synthesizer riff is sort of a higher-pitched riff that (as well as I can type it) goes "mew mew mew mew, mew mew mew mew mew mew mew mew" *repeat*. It's a very distinct synthesizer riff.

Sorry for the vagueness, but any help would be much appreciated...thank you.

I'm afraid that I don't know any of the lyrics...couldn't hear any above the noise at work. And there is always lots of noise where I work. Thanks for the suggestion, but it's not that song. The synth is a lot more slow than that, and doesn't connect from one key to another like that one. I'm sorry that this is such a vague question.

I found the song that I was searching for via Pandora radio, with Journey as the station. The song is "Summer of 69" by Bryan Adams. Thanks to everyone who gave it their best shot with such little info.
