Live: Sabbath vs. Ozzy

I have never been a huge fan of live recordings generally speaking Cosmic, but I know you always have had a great deal of respect for that Tribute album.

I'll put it on my list.

Well being that you have a high standard for audio quality I can understand why you wouldn't be huge on live albums but speaking as someone who is a loves a great live album more than a studio album I can say that "Tribute" is top notch. The only negative thing I can really say about it is that Ozzy doesn't have to introduce almost every-single-song on the album.

Speak of the devil is my favourite. Even tough...I never really listened carefully to Live at last. I should give it a try.

I would suggest by passing Live At Last and going with Past Lives in it's favor.
Past Lives is actually just an extended version ( now including the entire original set list ) that has been dramatically improved in terms of sound quality by way of a very effective remastering .

Of the 4, I'm going with Speak Of The Devil. I saw Ozzy on that tour, and although no Randy Rhoads, Brad Gillis was a monster on guitar.
