I wasn't quite sure where to place this album. Progressive goth(?). Anyway.
How would you rate this album?

I have to listen to it first, Joe. But since you have it in a poll for ratings, I am assuming you like it and it is worth checking out

I think you'll like it Magic. The title song is the only song clocking in at about 60 minutes.

Progressive goth? sounds interesting Joe...I will check this band out
Saying that....there has been goth bands of late who have a Pink Floyd influence to them [ eg TIAMAT and ANATHEMA].......I think its a good thing for music of this genre...to experiment

No question this album(song) is "epic". One could put this album under a multitude of different metal sub-genres. The changes of moods and ambience is quite spectacular. Somewhat long-winded and there is a part of the song where a female vocalist is chanting in a Nordic tone interplaying with a saxophone; different, but it doesn't work for me. A journey that kept me captured.
