After all these album reviews, I can pretty safely say no band had a more epic and greater 4 album consecutive run, than Zep's first 4.

Definitely an epic 4 album run, however, I would argue that Aerosmith’s first 4 are also epic. It’s a matter of music taste, my friend!

Of course... Arguments could be made too for a 4 album streak

Revolver through White Album- '66-'68
2112- Moving pictures (5) - '76-'81
Bayou Country- Cosmos Factory- '69-'70

And I am sure a few other, that I just haven't thought out. But just for my taste, impact, and pure excellence, if I had to personally choose it'd be Zep's first 4.

You could make a case for a dozen lp run with the Beatles and an 8 or 9 lp run with the Stones ...etc.
