For me, Sad Wings through Hell Bent was the golden age of Priest. I love the later stuff, but their commercial intentions were starting to show. Unleashed would easily make my top ten live records list.:grinthumb

Unleashed is a fine live album....I remember getting it around Halloween time. Picking it up, going home,carving pumpkins and hearing this killer rendition of EXCITER!

Now this has prog rock written all over it! Unexpected stuff, before listening to them I thought they were another metal band, but this song is awesome! And what a voice he has :D

Yeah they were a different animal back then. More along the lines of classic Sabbath or art bands of that time.

Leather didn't even come into play until Staind Class or Hell Bent For Leather.
