The Chateau/APP package will be released in 2014.

The package will include an extra 10 minutes of Chateau stuff, all without the 1990s added flute, while the APP remix will have Steven Wilson either following or ignoring IA's suggestion to leave some instruments out to make it sound less dense and complex.

Any word on Martin Barre??

Seems weird to talk about Wilson working with Ian on updating some of his best old albums without a mention of Martin who was integral to the Tull sound.

^^Funny when I first listened to Minstrel I didn't know what to think back in 1976 I think it was. Fortunately for me at that time the album had a noticeable scratch/skip so I took it back to Kelly's and got a credit.

I used the credit to buy Songs From The Wood, which I fell in love with almost instantly.

Fast forward 10 years or so when I bought Minstrel again, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Shows how your taste can mature when you return to something you didn't really like at first.

Think I'll play Minstel myself later today or tomorrow 2LT.:hab:
