my vote go`s to......
I heard Maiden right from the start - in fact they were a local band to me - so the Di'Anno albums will always be my favourites. But "Hallowed" is a brilliant track, and I possibly prefer that to any individual track on Killers. Never really been a fan of Dickinson's vocals though.
If you said I could only keep one of the two albums, I'd keep Killers.
Numbers...One of my favorite albums of all time. Bruce is in top-form on this one.
I've been re-listening to the Killers album recently and it's my favourite Maiden album also lm a Paul Di Anno fan.
The Nunber Of The Beast is a boring predictable album in my humble opinion and as for Bruce he was just a Ian Gillan copyist.
"Ok guys it has some good numbers on it such as Hallowed Be Thy Name but personally I've got to be in the mood to sit through that one."
Killers today for me is still 100 times better than Number.
I love Paul the beast but I slightly edge towards Dickinson's vocals and Number of the Beast is classic.
Killers is the essential album, though.
Paul Di'Anno (AKA THE BEAST) claims that Bruce is the best singer that Maiden ever had.
That bulls**t Paul you was the best my old son.
