I was shuffling through a pile of my old singles I'd bought as a kid in the late 70's and early 80's. They had been stored away and as I looked I realised there were some blinding songs I'd just forgotten about. If you feel inclined dig 'em out and post a lost classic or two. :grinthumb

Here's a couple I unearthed.

JOHN KONGOS! That's a brilliant track you put there Sox!

Yeah Nolo I like it, these great tracks get a bit lost or fogotten sometimes. Here he is with another you may have heard.

and here's a Procol Harum single I dug out.

You cant go wrong with any GEORDIE in your collection Sox!:cheers2 I loved these guys as much as the legends SWEET , or SLADE in the Glammy 70s. Ive got a few GEORDIE singles/albums myself and they still sound well after many years.
Its sad that now the 45s get relegated to the attic........

Heres another GEORDIE single ....with good old flatcap Brian Johnson of AC/DC fame on vocals of course :grinthumb Great stuff !!

^^ That's a belter Lou, yeah you're right it's a shame the records sometimes get locked away and forgotten. Here's one I got from Ted and the Amboy Dukes.

I always liked these 2 songs from the semi-obscure early 70s band Ellis.

Great stuff noodlez and Nolo, first time I've heard any of those tracks, good sounds. :grinthumb

I picked up quite a few ex juke box singles about '79/'80 one was Jimi Hendrix Purple Haze but the B side I seemed to play more ..

Couple of 60s songs from The Youngbloods. 'Fool Me' reminds me of the Yardbirds. I don't know if these are singles or not, just some cool never mentioned songs.
