I Can't for the life of me, find this song

So when I was a kid my dad would blast Judas Priest in car when we went on long drives. whenever this certain song came on he would say "listen, he says "black queer" at the beginning" and sure enough that's what the song said. some 10 years later, I'm trying to find the song to show a friend of mine. Can anyone help me find the song I'm thinking of?
