Cool thread. It's tough but I would probably go with the following:

1. Bridge Over Troubled Water
2. Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme
3. Bookends
4. Sounds of Silence
5. Wednesday Morning 3 AM

1 and 2 are very close to call, maybe too close. Not a huge fan of the first half of Bookends but it picks up.

'Keep The Customer Satisfied' is one of my favourite S&G tracks, its really fun and the only song I play air trumpet to.
