50-yo guy here, no stranger to the music world or the industry, but only been playing for about five years now.
Took up the guitar to be able to learn some of my oldies and be able to jam with my musician friends instead of sitting on the sidelines. I play a tribal blue Agile AL-3000, an Ibanez RG4EX1--- both plek'd. Also an early '80's Matsumoko built 12-string that's all braz rosewood with a Sitka top. Been hunting for the 6-string version of that guitar for two years now.
At any rate, it's good to be among friends here, and I'm hoping to use this forum to hunt down a few obscure songs/bands that seem to have slipped off the radar.
I'm pretty knowledgeable about gear and equipment and have a knack for finding the hard to find when it comes to such things. Feel free to contact me anytime!
