Go to your User CP (on the left side of the black bar above).

Under “Your Control Panel”/ Settings & Options" (on the left side of the screen), you’ll see “Edit Avatar”.

There you can upload your own personal avatar. Mark “Use Custom Avatar” and choose one of the two options:

Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website
Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer
