Thanks everyone! It's not starting out on the best note. I found out someone I know really well died last night while climbing a mountain. He was an older, very kind and gentle man, and it's a shame.

It casts a real bad light on this weekend. I am planning on climbing Mt. Rainier through a more challenging route. You see, i've never had anyone I knew personally die on a climb like that. The law of averages says it's going to happen, and it will happen again. But it's a shock and so unexpected. Anyhow, sorry to dampen the racuous celebration.

sorry to hear about the loss NDF. similar thing happened to my mom around her b-day in march only it was one of her aunts (and not climbing related). fire up some monty python's life of brian (at least i think it's this one hehe) and keep looking on the bright side of life hahaha. have a good one man
